If was the seventh time in Mr. Castellanos’s career, that has been honored with the prestigious invitation from the Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit to participate in the Judicial Conference. The 2017 First Circuit Judicial Conference was held on October 16-18 in Rockport, Maine. As every year, this Circuit Conference presented a unique opportunity for members of the courts and of the bar to obtain the latest information on trends in the law from experts in the field and to exchange ideas with each other.
