The Federal Court expanded the role of Alfredo Castellanos Bayouth Esq. as Deputy JCC-Monitor in a intelectual disability health reform case pending before the Court. The Court also requested in it’s order that I remain in a dual capacity as Legal and Constitutional Advisor with Retired Chief Justice on the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Supreme Court, the Hon. Federico Hernandez Denton.
