For the tenth time in his career, Mr. Castellanos participated in the 2025 First Circuit Judicial Conference, held in Río Grande, Puerto Rico, from April 30 to May 1, 2025.
The Conference brings together members of the federal judiciary and the bar to review developments in federal law and to address matters concerning the administration of justice.
This tenth participation reflects Mr. Castellanos’s continued involvement in the work and discussions of the First Circuit.
