It was the eighth time in his career, that Mr. Castellanos’s has been honored with the prestigious invitation to participate in the 2019 Judicial Conference. The invitation was extended by Hon. Gustavo Antonio Gelpi Jr., the Chief United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. This Circuit Conference, presented a unique opportunity for members of the courts and the bar to exchange ideas and obtain the latest information on trends in the law from experts in the field.
