It was the ninth time in his career, that Mr. Castellanos’s has been honored with the prestigious invitation to participate in the 2023 Judicial Conference held this year in Boston, Massachusetts. The invitation was extended by Hon. David J. Barron Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. This Circuit Conference, presented a unique opportunity for members of the courts and the bar to exchange ideas and obtain the latest information on on recent developments in federal law, and topics related to the administration of justice from experts in the field. This year’s program will be especially meaningful as the participants reconvene after the pandemic put the conference on hold.
