Mr. Castellanos, the JCC Federal Monitor, was invited by DPI (Defensoría de las Personas con Impedimentos / Defender of the People with Disabilities) to address all of the current matters of importance related to the Intellectual Disabilities Health Reform Case of Puerto Rico at the special activity of the Protection and Advocacy for Developmental Disabilities (PADD) program.
